Gathr is made by quots, an independent app studio based in Türkiye. This policy explains what data the Gathr iPhone app and the usegathr.app website collect, why, and what you can do about it. Gathr is in private beta (TestFlight).

Who we are

quots decides how your data is used in Gathr and is responsible for it (the “data controller”). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Account data. You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and a password. Some of these options may not be available yet in every beta build. We receive data only from the method you use: usually your email address, your name and an account ID from Apple or Google. We store your name as the display name of your account. If you use email, we also store your password in hashed form, never as plain text. We also store your phone’s time zone so that times are shown correctly.
What you save. The links, text, notes, images and files you save in Gathr. With each save we keep its type, how you saved it (from another app through the share sheet, or inside Gathr), its status, a source label taken from the link’s domain (for example “YouTube”), and when it was created and changed.
Settings. Your language setting.
Technical data. When the app talks to our servers, our providers process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the request. Our own background service logs only internal IDs, task types and error codes.

On your phone, Gathr keeps the saves that are waiting to be sent and a copy of your list, so it can show your saves quickly, also without internet. This copy belongs to your account. When you delete your account on this phone, the app also deletes this copy and your unsent saves from the phone.

Crash reports. The app sends crash and error reports to Sentry so we can fix problems. A report contains technical details such as the error, your device model and the iOS and app versions. It does not contain your name, email address, IP address or the content of your saves. Crash reports are on by default; you can turn them off in Settings. Usage statistics. Only if you allow it when you first open the app, the app sends anonymous usage events to PostHog, for example that a save was made or opened, with the app version, device model, iOS version and time zone. These events are not linked to your account and contain no content. You can withdraw your permission in Settings. The app does not use your device’s advertising identifier, shows no ads and does not track you across other apps. We do not sell your data.

How we use it

To create your account, sign you in and show your name.
To store your saves and show them in the app only to you.
To keep Gathr secure, prevent abuse and keep a record that a deletion was completed.

When you save a link, our background service opens that page and stores its title, cover image and text (page text, description or captions) with your save, so you can read it in Gathr. For public posts on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn and YouTube, our background service can send the post’s address to ScrapeCreators to get this content (see “Who processes it and where”). If our background service cannot open the page, the app can open it on your phone. The phone opens the page on its own, without signing in, and does not use your Safari sessions. It sends the title, cover image and text it finds only to Gathr, which stores them the same way. They are not sent to any other service. If the link is an Instagram, X or TikTok post with images, our background service downloads up to 10 of its images for a short time. It has the text in them read by a Gemini model in Google Cloud Vertex AI, in the European Union, and stores only this text. It does not keep the images. Only you can see it, and it is deleted together with the save. If the link is an Instagram video, or a video on a similar platform, and it has no captions, our background service downloads the video’s audio for a short time, has the speech in it turned into text in the same way (see “Speech in audio and video”) and stores only this text. It does not keep, show or play the audio or the video. If the link is a podcast episode (for example on Apple Podcasts or Spotify), our background service opens the episode’s page or public information on that platform. To find the episode’s public feed and audio, it can ask Apple’s public podcast directory for the program by its name or its Apple number. It then fetches the publisher’s public feed and, if the publisher offers one, the episode’s transcript, and stores this text. If there is no transcript, it downloads the episode’s audio from the publisher, or from the service that hosts it, for a short time, has the speech in it turned into text in the same way (see “Speech in audio and video”) and stores only this text. It does not keep, show or play the audio. These requests carry only the address of the page, feed, transcript or audio; your account, your name and your email address are not sent. Pages that require a login are not read. We do not use your data for automated decisions about you.

Text in images. When you save an image, Gathr reads the text in it and stores this text with your save, so you can find the image by its text. The app can read this text on your phone with Apple’s text recognition. This reading happens on your phone. The image does not go to Apple or Google for it, and only the text is sent to Gathr. In versions of the app with an automatic reading switch in Settings, the phone does not read images while the switch is off. Our background service can also read the text, for example when the phone cannot read it or when you ask for a better reading. In versions of the app with a setting to always use the advanced reading, the phone does not read images while this setting is on; our background service reads them instead. Our background service has the image read by a Gemini model in Google Cloud Vertex AI, in the European Union. We ask the Gemini model to write the main message of the image and to leave out meaningless text in the background. Google receives only the image itself, without its location or other embedded details, your account, the file name or the link. Google processes the image in the European Union and does not use it to train its models. Google does not keep the request to answer faster (this cache is turned off), and may keep it for up to 90 days to check for abuse. Only you can see this text, and it is deleted together with the save.

Text in files. When you save a PDF, Word, Excel or text file, our background service can read the text written in it: its title, subject and keywords, and the text of its pages, sheets or body. It stores this text with your save, so you can find the file by its content. The file is not sent to any other service for this. When you ask Gathr to read the pages of a scanned PDF, our background service turns up to 50 of its pages into images, and a Gemini model in Google Cloud Vertex AI reads the text in them, in the European Union. Google receives only these page images, not the file, its name or your account. Google handles these images as it handles the images you save (see “Text in images”). Only you can see this text, and it is deleted together with the save.

Speech in audio and video. When you save an audio or video file, our background service turns the speech in it into text and stores this text with your save, so you can find the file by what is said in it. For this, it sends only the audio (not the picture), in short parts, to a Gemini model in Google Cloud Vertex AI, in the European Union. Google does not receive your account, the file name or the link. Google does not use it to train its models. Audio longer than 2 hours is not turned into text. For a podcast episode, only its first 2 hours are, and the text says that it was shortened. If there is no speech, no text is written. Only you can see this text, and it is deleted together with the save.

Search. So you can also find your saves by their meaning, the text of your saves (title, text, notes, and text taken from links, read from images and taken from files) and your search queries are sent to Google Cloud (Vertex AI). Google turns them into a form suited for search (embeddings). It processes this text in the European Union and does not use it to train its models. It may keep it for a short time to provide the service and prevent abuse. Your search index belongs only to you and is deleted together with the save. We do not store your search queries.

Not today. Recording audio inside the app, and AI features such as chat and summaries are not part of Gathr today. The audio and video files and the podcast episodes you save are turned into text (see “Speech in audio and video”). Before we add any of them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Legal bases. We process account data and your saves because we need them to provide Gathr to you (performance of a contract; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). Reading the text in images and files, turning the speech in audio and video into text, and providing search are part of providing Gathr to you (performance of a contract; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). We keep Gathr secure, prevent abuse and keep deletion records based on our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). We send crash reports based on our legitimate interest in keeping Gathr working (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)); usage statistics are sent only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5(1)). For future AI features such as chat and summaries, we will ask for your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5(1)). You can withdraw consent at any time. You need an account to use Gathr; without the account data, we cannot provide the app.

Information from Google

If you sign in with Google, Gathr receives your name, your email address, whether Google has verified that email address, your Google account ID and the address of your Google profile photo. Our sign-in system stores the profile photo address, but the Gathr app does not use it or download the photo.

We use this information only to create your account, sign you in, show your name, connect sign-in methods that use the same email address, and answer your requests. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train general AI models. We share it only with the service providers listed under “Who processes it and where”, and only to run Gathr. When you delete your Gathr account, we delete it. You can also remove Gathr’s access in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.

Gathr’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sign in with Apple

Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real email address (for example, if you use Hide My Email). Apple shares your name only the first time you sign in. Apple processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.

You can remove Gathr’s access at any time in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple (how to do this). In app versions that support it, when you delete your account in the app, Gathr also asks Apple to remove its access. If this does not succeed, the app shows you how to remove the access yourself.

Who processes it and where

Supabase stores your account and your saves in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
Railway runs our background service and our search and account deletion services in the European Union (the Netherlands).
Our background service also reports its own errors to Sentry; these reports contain the ID of the save and the website’s name, never the link or its content.
Google Cloud (Vertex AI) processes the text of your saves and your search queries in the European Union for search; it does not use them to train its models and may keep them for a short time. A Gemini model in Vertex AI can read the text in the images you save and in the images of saved posts, reads the pages of scanned PDFs you ask it to read, and turns the speech in the audio and video files you save, and in videos from links without captions and in podcast episodes, into text. It processes the images and the audio in the European Union and does not use them to train its models; Google does not keep the request to answer faster (this cache is turned off) and may keep it for up to 90 days to check for abuse.
ScrapeCreators gets the text, captions and images of the public posts you save on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok or YouTube for our background service. It receives only the post’s address, not your account, your name or your email address.
Sentry receives crash and error reports and stores them in the European Union (Germany) for up to 90 days.
PostHog receives usage statistics, only if you allow it, and stores them in the European Union (Germany) for up to 1 year.
Resend sends sign-in and verification emails, and the waitlist emails, from the EU (Ireland). It stores email content, delivery records and the waitlist in the United States.
Google Workspace hosts our email, including [email protected].
Apple and Google handle sign-in with their accounts under their own privacy policies.
Cloudflare serves the usegathr.app website through its global network and checks the waitlist form for automated abuse (Turnstile).

These providers process your data only to provide their services to us, under their own data protection terms.

All Gathr data is stored outside Türkiye, in the European Union. Some data, such as your email address, is also processed in the United States and on Cloudflare’s global network.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your saves until you delete them or delete your account. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 7 days.

Deleting your data

A single save. You can delete any save in the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your account. Email [email protected] from the email address of your account. If you signed in with Apple and your account uses a private relay address, write from any address and include that relay address; Apple shows it in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything. We reply within 30 days. When we delete your account, your access ends immediately, and your account and all your saves are deleted. You can also delete your account in the app, under Settings.

After a deletion, we keep a technical record with the random IDs of the account or save and the time of deletion. For an account deletion, the record also contains the account’s email address, so we can answer if you later ask whether your account was deleted. The record contains no name or content. We delete it 3 years after the deletion.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Under KVKK Article 11 you also have the right to learn whether and how your data is processed and to whom it is transferred. Gathr does not have an export feature yet; if you email us, we will send you a copy of your data. Send any request to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

If we do not reply within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) within 30 days of learning of our reply, and in any case within 60 days of your application. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Gathr is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Security

Data moves between the app and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access rules on our database let each user see only their own saves.

The website

Cloudflare hosts usegathr.app. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and shows us only totals, not individual visitors. The website has no sign-in. Its only form is the waitlist.

Waitlist

On usegathr.app you can join the Gathr waitlist with your email address. We first send you an email with a link, and you join the list only when you open it. We store your email address, when you joined and, if you came through one of our links or QR codes, a short label for where you came from (for example, an event). We use them only to email you about Gathr: invitations to the beta, new releases and product updates. We do not use your email address for advertising and we do not sell it.

If we invite you to the beta, we give your email address to Apple so that TestFlight can send you the invitation. Apple processes it under its own privacy policy.

To stop bots from using the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is using it. For this, Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser, such as your IP address.

We process waitlist data with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5(1)). Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to [email protected] to leave the list or to have your email address deleted. We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it or we close the waitlist. If you only unsubscribe, we keep your address with a note that you unsubscribed, so we do not email you again.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the version and date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, we will tell you before it takes effect and ask for your consent where required.

Version 1.10 (27 October 2026): the speech in podcast episodes saved from a link is turned into text in the same way; for these, the first 2 hours are turned into text.

Version 1.9 (26 October 2026): the speech in audio and video files, and in videos from links without captions, is turned into text by a Gemini model in Google Cloud Vertex AI; Google’s request cache is turned off.

Version 1.8 (19 October 2026): waitlist on usegathr.app added; Resend and Cloudflare entries updated under “Who processes it and where”.

Hangi verileri topluyoruz

Teknik veriler. Uygulama sunucularımızla konuşurken, hizmet sağlayıcılarımız isteği iletmek için IP adresin gibi teknik verileri işler. Kendi arka plan servisimiz yalnız iç kimlikleri, görev türlerini ve hata kodlarını kaydeder.

Arama. Kaydettiklerini anlamıyla da bulabilmen için kayıtlarının metni (başlık, metin, not, bağlantılardan çıkan, görsellerden okunan ve dosyalardan çıkan metin) ve arama sorguların Google Cloud’a (Vertex AI) gönderilir. Google bunları aramaya uygun bir biçime (embedding) çevirir. Bu metni Avrupa Birliği’nde işler ve modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz. Hizmeti sunmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kısa süre tutabilir. Arama dizinin yalnız sana aittir ve kaydınla birlikte silinir. Arama sorgularını saklamayız.

Bugün olmayanlar. Uygulamanın içinde ses kaydı ile sohbet ve özet gibi yapay zekâ özellikleri bugün Gathr’da yok. Kaydettiğin ses ve video dosyaları ile podcast bölümleri ise yazıya dökülür (“Ses ve videodaki konuşma”). Bunlardan birini eklemeden önce bu politikayı güncelleriz ve gerektiğinde iznini isteriz.

Hukuki sebepler. Hesap verilerini ve kaydettiklerini, Gathr’ı sana sunabilmek için işleriz (sözleşmenin ifası; KVKK m. 5/2(c), GDPR m. 6(1)(b)). Görsellerdeki ve dosyalardaki yazıyı okumak, ses ve videodaki konuşmayı yazıya dökmek ve aramayı sunmak, Gathr’ı sana sunmanın parçasıdır (sözleşmenin ifası; KVKK m. 5/2(c), GDPR m. 6(1)(b)). Gathr’ı güvende tutmak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve silme kayıtlarını tutmak için meşru menfaatimize dayanırız (KVKK m. 5/2(f), GDPR m. 6(1)(f)). Çökme raporlarını Gathr’ı çalışır tutmaktaki meşru menfaatimize dayanarak göndeririz (KVKK m. 5/2(f), GDPR m. 6(1)(f)); kullanım istatistikleri yalnız açık rızanla gönderilir (KVKK m. 5/1, GDPR m. 6(1)(a)). Sohbet ve özet gibi gelecekteki yapay zekâ özellikleri için açık rızanı isteriz (KVKK m. 5/1, GDPR m. 6(1)(a)). Rızanı istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin. Gathr’ı kullanmak için hesap gerekir; hesap verileri olmadan uygulamayı sunamayız.

Google’dan gelen bilgiler

Google ile giriş yaparsan Gathr adını, e-posta adresini, bu adresin Google tarafından doğrulanıp doğrulanmadığını, Google hesap kimliğini ve Google profil fotoğrafının adresini alır. Giriş sistemimiz profil fotoğrafının adresini saklar; ancak Gathr uygulaması bu adresi kullanmaz ve fotoğrafı indirmez.

Bu bilgileri yalnız hesabını açmak, girişini sağlamak, adını göstermek, aynı e-posta adresini kullanan giriş yöntemlerini birbirine bağlamak ve taleplerini yanıtlamak için kullanırız. Satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız ve genel yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanmayız. Yalnız “Verileri kim, nerede işliyor” bölümünde sayılan hizmet sağlayıcılarla ve yalnız Gathr’ı çalıştırmak için paylaşırız. Gathr hesabını sildiğinde bu bilgileri de sileriz. Gathr’ın erişimini Google Hesabı’nda Üçüncü taraf uygulama ve hizmetler bölümünden de kaldırabilirsin.

Gathr’ın Google API’lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na uyar.

Apple ile giriş

Apple bize gerçek e-posta adresin yerine gizli bir aktarım adresi verebilir (örneğin “E-postamı Gizle”yi kullanıyorsan). Apple adını yalnız ilk girişte paylaşır. Apple girişi kendi gizlilik politikasıyla işler.

Gathr’ın erişimini Apple Hesabı ayarlarında “Apple ile Giriş Yap” bölümünden istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin (nasıl yapılır). Bunu destekleyen uygulama sürümlerinde hesabını uygulamada sildiğinde Gathr, Apple’dan da erişimini kaldırmasını ister. Bu olmazsa uygulama erişimi nasıl kendin kaldıracağını gösterir.

Verileri kim, nerede işliyor

Supabase hesabını ve kaydettiklerini Avrupa Birliği’nde (Frankfurt, Almanya) saklar.
Railway arka plan servisimizi, arama ve hesap silme servisimizi Avrupa Birliği’nde (Hollanda) çalıştırır.
Arka plan servisimiz kendi hatalarını da Sentry’ye bildirir; bu raporlar kaydın kimliğini ve sitenin adını içerir, bağlantının kendisini ya da içeriğini asla içermez.
Google Cloud (Vertex AI) arama için kayıtlarının metnini ve arama sorgularını Avrupa Birliği’nde işler; modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz ve kısa süre tutabilir. Vertex AI’daki bir Gemini modeli kaydettiğin görsellerdeki ve kaydedilen postların görsellerindeki yazıyı okuyabilir; okunmasını istediğin taranmış PDF sayfalarındaki yazıyı okur; kaydettiğin ses ve video dosyalarındaki ve altyazısız bağlantı videolarındaki ve podcast bölümlerindeki konuşmayı yazıya döker. Görselleri ve sesi Avrupa Birliği’nde işler ve modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz; Google isteği daha hızlı yanıt vermek için saklamaz (bu önbellek kapalı), kötüye kullanımı denetlemek için en çok 90 gün tutabilir.
ScrapeCreators, Instagram, TikTok ya da YouTube gibi platformlarda kaydettiğin herkese açık postların metnini, altyazısını ve görsellerini arka plan servisimiz için alır. Ona yalnız postun adresi gider; hesabın, adın ve e-posta adresin gitmez.
Sentry çökme ve hata raporlarını alır ve Avrupa Birliği’nde (Almanya) en fazla 90 gün saklar.
PostHog kullanım istatistiklerini yalnız izin verirsen alır ve Avrupa Birliği’nde (Almanya) en fazla 1 yıl saklar.
Resend giriş ve doğrulama e-postalarını ve bekleme listesi e-postalarını Avrupa Birliği’nden (İrlanda) gönderir. E-posta içeriğini, teslim kayıtlarını ve bekleme listesini Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde saklar.
Google Workspace, [email protected] dahil e-postalarımızı barındırır.
Apple ve Google, kendi hesaplarıyla girişi kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre yürütür.
Cloudflare usegathr.app sitesini küresel ağı üzerinden sunar ve bekleme listesi formunu otomatik kötüye kullanıma karşı denetler (Turnstile).

Bu sağlayıcılar verilerini yalnız bize hizmetlerini sunmak için ve kendi veri koruma şartlarına göre işler.

Gathr’ın tüm verileri Türkiye dışında, Avrupa Birliği’nde saklanır. E-posta adresin gibi bazı veriler ayrıca Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde ve Cloudflare’in küresel ağında işlenir.

Ne kadar saklıyoruz

Hesabını ve kaydettiklerini, sen onları ya da hesabını silene kadar saklarız. Silinen veriler yedeklerde en fazla 7 gün kalabilir.

Verilerini silmek

Tek bir kayıt. Uygulamada istediğin kaydı silebilirsin. Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.
Hesabın. Hesabının e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine yaz. Apple ile giriş yaptıysan ve hesabın Apple’ın gizli aktarım adresini kullanıyorsa, istediğin bir adresten yaz ve o aktarım adresini de belirt; Apple bu adresi Apple Hesabı ayarlarında “Apple ile Giriş Yap” bölümünde gösterir. Bir şeyi silmeden önce talebini onaylamanı isteyebiliriz. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Hesabını sildiğimizde erişimin hemen kapanır; hesabın ve tüm kayıtların silinir. Hesabını uygulamada Ayarlar’dan da silebilirsin.

Silmeden sonra, hesabın ya da kaydın rastgele kimliğini ve silme zamanını içeren teknik bir kayıt tutarız. Hesap silmede bu kayıt hesabının e-posta adresini de içerir; böylece sonradan hesabının silinip silinmediğini sorarsan cevap verebiliriz. Kayıtta ad ya da içerik yoktur. Kaydı silmeden 3 yıl sonra sileriz.

Hakların

Verilerine erişmeyi, onları düzeltmeyi ya da silmeyi, bir kopyasını almayı, işlenmesini kısıtlamayı ya da işlenmesine itiraz etmeyi ve rızanı geri almayı isteyebilirsin. KVKK m. 11 uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini, nasıl işlendiğini ve kimlere aktarıldığını öğrenme hakkın da vardır. Gathr’da henüz dışa aktarma özelliği yok; bize e-posta gönderirsen verilerinin bir kopyasını sana iletiriz. Her talebini [email protected] adresine gönder. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

30 gün içinde yanıt vermezsek ya da yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsan, yanıtımızı öğrendiğin tarihten itibaren 30 gün içinde ve her durumda başvurundan itibaren en geç 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsin. Avrupa Birliği ya da Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı’ndaysan bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

Çocuklar

Gathr 16 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan [email protected] adresine yaz; bu veriyi sileriz.

Güvenlik

Veriler uygulama ile sunucularımız arasında şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS) taşınır. Veritabanımızdaki erişim kuralları her kullanıcının yalnız kendi kayıtlarını görmesine izin verir.

Web sitesi

usegathr.app sitesini Cloudflare barındırır. Ziyaretleri saymak için Cloudflare Web Analytics kullanırız. Çerez kullanmaz ve bize tek tek ziyaretçileri değil, yalnız toplamları gösterir. Sitede giriş yoktur. Sitedeki tek form bekleme listesidir.

Bekleme listesi

usegathr.app’te e-posta adresinle Gathr bekleme listesine katılabilirsin. Önce sana bağlantı içeren bir e-posta göndeririz; listeye yalnız bu bağlantıyı açtığında katılırsın. E-posta adresini, katıldığın zamanı ve bağlantılarımızdan ya da QR kodlarımızdan birinden geldiysen nereden geldiğini gösteren kısa bir etiketi (örneğin bir etkinlik) saklarız. Bunları yalnız sana Gathr hakkında e-posta göndermek için kullanırız: beta davetleri, yeni sürümler ve ürün güncellemeleri. E-posta adresini reklam için kullanmayız ve satmayız.

Seni betaya davet edersek, TestFlight’ın daveti gönderebilmesi için e-posta adresini Apple’a veririz. Apple onu kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler.

Formun botlarca kullanılmasını önlemek için Cloudflare Turnstile formu bir insanın kullandığını denetler. Bunun için Cloudflare tarayıcından IP adresin gibi teknik verileri işler.

Bekleme listesi verilerini rızana dayanarak işleriz (GDPR m. 6(1)(a), KVKK m. 5(1)). Her e-postada abonelikten çıkma bağlantısı vardır. Listeden çıkmak ya da e-posta adresini sildirmek için [email protected] adresine de yazabilirsin. E-posta adresini, silmemizi isteyene ya da bekleme listesini kapatana kadar saklarız. Yalnız abonelikten çıkarsan, sana yeniden e-posta göndermemek için adresini abonelikten çıktığın notuyla saklarız.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değiştiğinde bu sayfayı ve en üstteki sürüm ile tarihi güncelleriz. Değişiklik verilerini kullanma biçimimizi etkiliyorsa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce sana haber veririz ve gerektiğinde iznini isteriz.

Sürüm 1.10 (27 Ekim 2026): bağlantıyla kaydedilen podcast bölümlerindeki konuşma aynı biçimde yazıya dökülür; bunlarda ilk 2 saat yazıya dökülür.

Sürüm 1.9 (26 Ekim 2026): ses ve video dosyalarındaki ve altyazısız bağlantı videolarındaki konuşma Google Cloud Vertex AI’daki bir Gemini modeliyle yazıya dökülür; Google’ın istek önbelleği kapatıldı.
